Hopeful Charity Foundation Trust is an irrevocable public charitable trust established on 12th March 2026 at Sahibganj, Jharkhand. Registration: Registered at Sahibganj, Jharkhand. All activities are conducted in compliance with applicable Indian laws.

- Donors providing PAN details will receive certificates as per Income Tax Act provisions.

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU). We do not store credit/debit card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and design is the property of Hopeful Charity Foundation Trust and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
6. Volunteer Terms
